Marta Alacid Martín

I am a biomedical engineer specialised in data science applied to the field of medicine, with experience in bioinformatics and data analysis consultancy. In my current role as Data Manager at the SJD Pediatric Cancer Center I focus on ensuring that clinical data are available, integrated and accurately managed. My ultimate goal in my work at this hospital is to set up reliable databases in order to be able to implement artificial intelligence solutions based on these data that will allow us to provide better diagnoses, treatment, care and other medical matters, all of which will make a significant contribution to the progress and quality of medical care at our institution.
